A content management system which collects and holds teaching resources.

Why?

Blackboard provides facilities to upload lecture notes, reading lists, assessment activities, and other course material so that students can easily access these.
You can also make class announcements, email students and initiate discussions.

Where?

Blackboard is widely used in the University of Otago.
